| Marc Montalbine heads the firm's office in Saarbrücken, Germany. He specializes in the representation of European companies in trade disputes with the United States, including antidumping duty, countervailing duty and safeguard actions. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Montalbine served as a trial attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, representing the United States government in international trade cases brought before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Montalbine is a 1986 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and, in 1995, he completed a special course of studies in European Union Law at the University of Saarland. | Judith L. Holdsworth is a U.S. citizen and is admitted to the practice of law in
Germany. Ms. Holdsworth specializes in international commercial litigation, German and
international civil procedure, private international law and arbitration. Ms. Holdsworth
has represented German and foreign clients in commercial and labor disputes before various
German courts. On behalf of the Government of Jordan, Ms. Holdsworth has been responsible
for submission of Gulf War claims against Iraq to the United Nations Compensation
Commission. She has also worked extensively on advising foreign clients in various areas
of German company and business law and drafting commercial contracts in English. Ms.
Holdsworth is Assistant Editor of Transnational Litigation: A Practitioners Guide, a
two-volume looseleaf treatise covering civil procedures in 20 jurisdictions. Ms.
Holdsworth completed her studies of law at the University of Saarland in Germany with the
First State Law Examinations in 1992. She was a legal clerk for the Ministry of Justice in
Saarbrücken, Germany from 1993-1995 and passed the Second State Law Examinations in 1995.
From August 1995 to October 1998, Ms. Holdsworth was a member of the litigation group of
